Railway traffic affected as goods train coaches derail near Dahod

An incident of a goods train's coaches derailing from the railway line near Dahod has come to light. According to a Sandesh report, this incident occurred between Jakot and Mangalmahudi stations located near Dahod. The accident took place while the goods train was moving towards Dahod on the down line. Fortunately, there are no reports of any loss of life in this accident.

Upon receiving information about the incident, senior railway officials immediately reached the spot. With the help of railway emergency teams and technical experts, the work of bringing the derailed coaches back onto the tracks has been started on a war footing. The entire situation is being constantly monitored by the railway administration so that train traffic can be normalized as soon as possible.

Due to this accident, a partial impact on railway traffic has been observed. For security reasons, some passenger trains and goods trains were stopped at a safe distance. Meanwhile, the Paschim Express train was stopped at Limkheda. All efforts are being made by the railway administration to restore train traffic. Currently, senior railway officials are monitoring the situation and technical teams are working to restore train services quickly.
