World-renowned freestyle footballer Jamie Knight visits Junagadh school

World-renowned freestyle footballer Jamie Knight visited a private international school in Junagadh today. According to a report by Sandesh, he interacted with the students during this visit. Jamie Knight has been visiting various private schools since January 2023, and this school in Junagadh marked his 92nd visit.

During the conversation with the students, he compared the lifestyles of children in India and the UK. According to Jamie Knight, despite having numerous material facilities such as iPads and large houses, children in the UK appear less happy compared to Indian children. He noted that obesity and mental health issues are more prevalent among children in the UK, whereas Indian children, despite having limited resources, are more cheerful, enthusiastic, and physically fit.

On this occasion, he encouraged the children to identify their interests and talents and move forward. He gave a message to parents and teachers that instead of pressuring children to excel in a single field, they should be given the opportunity to try various activities. This visit by Jamie Knight proved to be inspiring for the students.
