Wife files rape complaint against husband in Nikol area

A married woman has filed a serious complaint of rape against her husband in the Nikol area of Ahmedabad city. According to a report by Sandesh, this incident has sparked intense discussion at the police station and throughout the locality. Bitterness crept into the relationship shortly after the start of their married life due to the husband's past and false information, which eventually led the matter to the police station.

According to the complaint filed with the police, the youth had concealed his true facts from the girl before marriage. He married the girl by providing misleading details and false information. Furthermore, it has emerged that the youth had physical relations with her during the period when she was a minor and only 16 years of age.

After the marriage, when all these truths came to light and the wife realised she had been cheated, intense arguments broke out between the two. In this situation, the victim showed courage and approached the Nikol police station.

The Nikol police have registered a serious offence in this matter and initiated legal proceedings. The police have conducted a medical examination of the victim and recorded her statements. Currently, the police are working to collect strong evidence against the accused husband. As the legal process moves forward, the accused's troubles may increase.
