Narmada Parikrama pilgrims reach Dedia Pada from Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra

According to a report by Sandesh, a devotional atmosphere is being witnessed in Narmada district during the holy Narmada Parikrama. After the completion of Chaturmas, the pilgrims have resumed their journey, resulting in a large number of devotees entering Gujarat from the states of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.

Pilgrims arriving from Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra are reaching Dedia Pada via Sagbara and Selamba. Additionally, some pilgrims coming from the direction of Maharashtra are entering Gujarat via the Dumkhal route of Dedia Pada taluka and continuing their Parikrama along the banks of the Narmada river. A devotional environment has been created throughout the region with chants of 'Narmade Har', and pilgrims are seen travelling on foot.

To facilitate the pilgrims, various Annakshetras and Sadavrats have been started at different locations in Narmada district. In Sagbara, Dedia Pada, Nandod, Tilakwada, and Garudeshwar talukas, arrangements for food-prasad have been made for the pilgrims by philanthropic individuals, various organisations, and devotees, which the Parikrama pilgrims are utilising. Great enthusiasm is being observed among the devotees in this journey, which is considered a symbol of unwavering faith and devotion towards Narmada Maiya.
