Serious allegations against Bajrang Dal workers for harassing woman in Ahmedabad

A woman in Ahmedabad has levelled serious allegations of indecent behaviour against workers of the Bajrang Dal. According to a report by Sandesh, the young woman had previously been freed from the harassment of a person of another faith and had placed her trust in this organisation, but she now claims that a new chapter of atrocities began thereafter.

According to the victim, the very workers who provide protection in the name of religion made repeated indecent demands of her. She was subjected to mental torture and shown perverted videos. Additionally, it is alleged that she was under constant pressure through inappropriate messages sent on social media.

In this entire matter, serious questions have been raised against Saroj Shukla, the provincial security office-bearer of Bajrang Dal, as well as other leading office-bearers. The victim has shared her ordeal by viralising a video on social media and has threatened to commit suicide in public. Following these allegations that the protectors themselves are now engaging in harassment, the matter has reached the police station, leading to widespread public anger.
