Patan Municipality Executive Committee approves various developmental works

A meeting of the Executive Committee was held on Thursday at the Patan Municipality in the presence of the Chairperson. According to a report by Sandesh, developmental works for various areas of the city were discussed during this meeting, and several important proposals were approved.

The committee has approved the construction of new Anganwadis in ward numbers 7, 9, and 11. Additionally, the green signal has been given for the construction of CC roads in 14 different areas of the city, as well as for road resurfacing work. A decision was also taken during the meeting regarding arrangements for the proper drainage of rainwater that accumulates during the monsoon.

Apart from the regular agenda, 12 other developmental works were also accepted in this meeting. In reference to the STP plant, a proposal to sink a bore for water facilities at the plant located in Makhaniya was accepted and the process has been completed. Along with this, the proposal to allocate designated land for a new STP plant within the municipality area has also been approved by the Executive Committee.
