Over 20 more people cheated with lure of jobs in Mother Dairy

A father and son residing in the Gandhigram area of Junagadh duped people by posing as agents of Mother Dairy and promising them employment. According to a report by Sandesh, the case initially began when Deval Vijaybhai Parjiya, a resident of Khamdrol Road, filed a complaint stating that Ashok Bhanji Vadher and Prashant Ashok Vadher had taken ₹39,608 in cash and documents from him on the assurance of a job, but failed to provide employment.

PSI H.B. Chauhan investigated the case registered at the C Division police station. When DYSP Hitesh Dhandhliya appealed to the public to remain vigilant, approximately 20 more victims contacted the police. It has emerged that money was collected from all these individuals under the pretext of securing jobs.

During a search of the accused's residence, police recovered a fake dairy stamp, Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, ration cards of various individuals, blank cheques, colour photographs, and certain written documents. The police have seized all the material and filed a chargesheet against both the accused in court.
