28-year-old man dies after falling from tenth floor in Gurugram

According to a report by the Hindustan Times, the incident took place on Wednesday morning at SS The Leaf society located in Sector 85 of Gurugram. A 28-year-old man died after falling from the balcony of his apartment on the tenth floor. The deceased was the son of a senior officer of the Border Security Force (BSF) posted in Odisha.

The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 am. Hearing a loud noise, two security guards of the society immediately rushed to the spot and found the young man lying in a pool of blood. The security guards immediately informed the society's security management, who alerted the police control room about the matter.

Following the incident, an investigation has been initiated by the police. Kherki Daula Police Station SHO Vinod stated that the police investigation is ongoing and it is yet to be established whether this was a case of suicide or an accident caused by slipping from the balcony.

The police further stated that no suicide note has been found at the scene. As part of the investigation, the apartment has been sealed and CCTV footage is also being examined. The body has been moved to the mortuary for a post-mortem examination.
