Controversy erupts as audio clips of financial transactions regarding price differences go viral at Sabar Dairy

Serious allegations of mismanagement and corruption have surfaced at Sabar Dairy in Sabarkantha ahead of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman elections. According to a report by TV9 Gujarati, audio clips related to financial transactions concerning milk price differences have gone viral, raising several questions about the administration.

In the viral audio clip, a conversation regarding milk prices can be heard. The clip discusses paying 32 rupees for milk priced at 30 rupees and then taking back the extra 2 rupees. It has been alleged that an attempt is being made to conduct transactions by collecting the price difference amount from members. Furthermore, in another audio clip, there is talk of collecting the price difference amount to 'manage' affairs and make settlements.

It is being claimed that the voice heard in these audio clips is that of Sabar Dairy supervisor Manish, who is said to be the nephew of Shamal Patel. However, official confirmation of the identity of the voice and the authenticity of the clip remains pending.

According to the TV9 Gujarati report, a major question in this matter is whether any action has been taken against Manish by Dairy MD Subhash Patel, despite such clips having surfaced in the past as well. Amidst allegations of irregularities in the alleged adulteration of milk and the transaction of price difference amounts, questions have been raised regarding what steps have been taken by the responsible officials and directors.

Simultaneously, there are reports that many service societies are closing down at Sabar Dairy, while on the other hand, allegations have been made that new and allegedly fake service societies are being created. Who is involved in this entire 'management' has become a subject of investigation.

Apart from this, there have been allegations of large-scale irregularities in the recruitment process against MD Subhash Patel. Questions have been raised regarding the lack of sufficient details of the recruitment process in the annual report. Furthermore, there is also a discussion on why Subhash Patel is being given an extension even after retirement and whether no other capable person is available to handle the management of the dairy.
