We do not know what the result will be, but our focus should be on performing our best." He further added, "Whatever the result may be, it always remains normal. It never feels like it is under pressure! I am constantly trying to learn this from him."

Not only Dhoni, but Michael Hussey has also played a significant role in shaping Rashid's approach. According to Rashid, if the performance in the net sessions was not good, Hussey would talk to him and ask him to take a break and start afresh. Rashid has had many discussions with Hussey regarding head position and technique.

Additionally, Rashid remains in regular contact with Ruturaj Gaikwad and discusses the finer aspects of innings construction. Regarding Gaikwad, Rashid said, "He has a lot of maturity in terms of game understanding. I have learned a lot from him."

Sheikh Rashid's focus is now on white-ball cricket, as the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is approaching. For this young player, who possesses strong fundamentals and the ability to adapt to different situations, changing the format is not a matter of concern.
