Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has announced that the radial road connecting Shamshabad and Kodangal will be ready by December 2027. According to a report by The Hindu, once this route is completed, it will take only about 70 minutes to reach Kodangal from the international airport. According to the Chief Minister, this facility will make the area more attractive to local and foreign investors.
He shared this information during a meeting with approximately 100 industrialists on the occasion of the launch of the Kodangal Rural Agriculture Region Economy (RARE) Industrial Hub on Saturday. The Chief Minister stated, "It is my responsibility and my dream to make Kodangal a great industrial hub. Kodangal is my identity and my pride."
He expressed satisfaction that some companies have already commenced construction in the industrial hub, while several other companies have shown interest in establishing their units here. Revanth Reddy noted that Kodangal is a strategically advantageous location due to its proximity to Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Andhra Pradesh.
In the coming years, significant industrial development is expected not only in Kodangal but also in areas such as Chandnavelli, Sitarampur, and Pargi. Along with industrial infrastructure, a Kodangal Education Hub is being developed across 250 acres to promote education, where various educational institutions will be established.
Furthermore, Advanced Technology Centres are being set up in collaboration with Tata Technologies to provide skill training to students across all assembly constituencies of the state. Representatives from aerospace, defence, green technology, renewable energy, steel, copper, textile, and agri-based industries participated in this special meeting.
