Prestige Estates acquires full stake in Gloined Vintage for ₹519 crore

Leading real estate firm Prestige Estates Projects Limited announced on Tuesday that it has acquired a 100 per cent equity stake in Gloined Vintage Infra. The company has fixed the enterprise value for this transaction at approximately ₹519 crore.

According to a report by BusinessLine, the company stated in regulatory filings that its subsidiary, Prestige Retail Ventures, has acquired 100 per cent of the equity share capital of Gloined Vintage Infra Private Limited. This transaction was executed in accordance with a securities purchase agreement dated November 3, 2026.

The acquisition was made from Jasbir Singh and DSFF Series 2, a scheme of the Dickie Special Situation Investment Trust. Following the completion of this purchase, Gloined has now become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Prestige Estates.

As per the details provided by Prestige Estates, the total enterprise value of this transaction is approximately ₹519 crore, and the equity shares were purchased for ₹5 lakh. The company clarified that this is an all-cash transaction.

Upon completion of the transaction, Prestige Estates will indirectly hold the rights to the equity share capital of Gloined through Prestige Retail Ventures. Additionally, Prestige Estates will have indirect ownership and 100 per cent control over Tarun Realtors, a subsidiary of Gloined Vintage Infra.

Through this major deal, the Prestige Group will further strengthen its market presence. The company has disclosed all legal and financial details regarding this acquisition, making Gloined a part of the broader structure of the Prestige Group.
